Apple and Cinnamon Puree

  • Ingredients: 1 apple (peeled and diced), a pinch of cinnamon.
  • Preparation:
    1. Place diced apple in the steaming basket and steam for 8–10 minutes until soft.
    2. Blend the steamed apple with a small pinch of cinnamon until smooth.
    3. Serve warm or chilled.
